Once all required documentation and fees have been received by Group Fox, you will be contacted within 48 hours with the status of your applicaiton.

Application Requirements:

You must submit proof of income via your leasing agent, e-mail, or fax.

You must provide a social security number on the application so that we can run your credit history. Please be aware that blank fields delay our application process.

Application and Administrative fees must be submitted in order for Group Fox to begin processing your application. Pay fees online

Once you have completed the application, you will be directed to a Confirmation Page. If you do not reach this page please follow up with your leasing agent.

I have also read and hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the disclaimer located on the Group Fox website. I authorize you to obtain both my consumer credit report and criminal background check and investigate any information in relation to this application for residency. I understand that this is not a lease and that if my application is accepted, I agree to sign your lease form currently in use within ten (10) business days of application approval notification or Group Fox has the right to cancel this application and keep any monies already collected towards this apartment. I understand that if my application is approved and I refuse to enter into a lease agreement, that all monies collected will be retained to offset costs incurred. I understand that if this application is NOT approved, that any monies paid, except the application fee, will be refunded. Any monies paid towards this application for residency do not guarantee that I will be approved for the apartment which I have applied for. I understand and agree that the Application Fee, Administrative Fee and any other monies paid are not refundable if I or any co-applicant/co-signer elects to cancel the application at any time. Should the application for residency be rejected by Group Fox for any reason, I/we will be refunded Administrative Fees only.
