*Group Fox, Inc., its agents, owners, representatives and affiliates reserve the right to cancel or change this Resident Referral program (“Bonus”) at any time without notice. This Bonus is only offered to current residents in good standing who have occupied their apartments for at least one full calendar month. The Bonus cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Referred prospective residents are not deemed to be a current resident of a Group Fox managed property for purposes of this Bonus. This Bonus cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or specials. Further, this Bonus cannot be used on lease renewals without the prior written consent of Group Fox. Referred prospective residents must sign a lease with a minimum term of twelve months and pay the security deposit and first month’s rent required under the lease. Only one Bonus is allowed per new lease regardless of the number of tenants who are parties to the lease. If more than one resident recommends the same prospective resident, the Bonus will be awarded to the first resident to recommend the prospective resident to Group Fox based solely on the records of Group Fox. Referred prospective residents shall only be eligible for one bonus per lease, regardless of the number of tenants who are parties to the lease or the number of referring residents. This Bonus is not redeemable for cash. If the referring resident’s lease expires prior to the prospective resident’s execution of his or her lease, payment of first month’s rent and security deposit, and move-in, Group Fox shall not be liable to the referring resident for the Bonus. Redemption value is $0. Bonus shall be applied to current resident’s rental account after the referred resident has moved in to a Group Fox managed property and paid the security deposit and the first month’s rent. The Bonus amount is subject to change without notice. |
